Apparently eating habits plays a major role to the body weight. Are you curious? Here are the results of research on bad eating habits that can derail our diet:
Listening to music. Apparently soft and comforting music can encourage us to eat much longer – and more! Meanwhile, upbeat and loud music can stimulate us to eat hurriedly even though we already satiate. Suggestion: Enjoy your meal without listening to music. Focus your attention only at the food. At the restaurant, avoid chatting with your friend while you are ordering a dessert.
Standing. Apparently those who accustomed to eat in the kitchen while standing and using a plastic plate is experience increased portion of their meal compare to those who eat at the table. This habit actually making the brain thought that we’re snacking so that we couldn’t stop chewing. Suggestion: Get used to sit while you are eating, including when you’re snacking.
