The body still needs balanced calories and nutrients to maintain health. Choose low fat foods rather than not eating at all.

Low calorie intake. For women, their body needs about 2000 calories per day, while men need about 2500 calories. If the calories are limited to about 1000 calories or even less, then it will cause low metabolism and anemic.

Less exercise, exercise in fact can increase your metabolism which helps burning fat and calories, then finally can reduce your weight faster.
